Every offer states the grade, origin, packaging and any moisture, purity or size limits in writing before anything is booked. Third-party inspection at loading can be arranged on request, and we prepare the full document set — invoice, packing list, transport document, certificate of origin and whatever health, phytosanitary or analysis certificate your customs authority requires.

Typical packing is 200 L drums, IBC totes or 25 kg bags. Minimum order is 1 x 20ft FCL, and we normally ship on FOB, CIF, CFR terms with a lead time of about 20–30 days.
