Every offer states the grade, origin, packaging and any moisture, purity or size limits in writing before anything is booked. Third-party inspection at loading can be arranged on request, and we prepare the full document set — invoice, packing list, transport document, certificate of origin and whatever health, phytosanitary or analysis certificate your customs authority requires.

Typical packing is IQF cartons on pallets, frozen at −18 °C. Minimum order is 1 x 40ft reefer, and we normally ship on CIF, CFR terms with a lead time of about 20–30 days.
