Every offer states the grade, origin, packaging and any moisture, purity or size limits in writing before anything is booked. Third-party inspection at loading can be arranged on request, and we prepare the full document set — invoice, packing list, transport document, certificate of origin and whatever health, phytosanitary or analysis certificate your customs authority requires.

Typical packing is Cartons, mesh bags or crates on pallets. Minimum order is 1 x 20ft FCL, and we normally ship on FOB, CIF, CFR terms with a lead time of about 10–20 days.
